Holy Trinity/Safeguarding

People In Church

Holy Trinity Church, Seaton Carew is committed to safeguarding the welfare of everyone we welcome. This includes all children, young people and adults.

It's our priority that safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. The aim is to ensure a safe environment for everyone who wishes to worship, visit or contribute to any of the Churches services and activities.

CHURCH OF ENGLAND

We fully endorse the Church of England’s safeguarding policy statement ‘Promoting a safer Church’ which asserts:

“The care and protection of children, young people and vulnerable adults involved in Church activities is the responsibility of the whole Church. Everyone who participates in the life of the Church has a role to play in promoting a Safer Church for all.”
